After years of firsthand experience with the gaps in field service and small business systems, Scott decided it was time for a different approach. Not just another CRM, but a platform built from the ground up for the people too often overlooked — mobile techs, independent contractors, small operations with big responsibilities and limited backup. What started as a personal need has grown into a mission: to give these businesses the tools they need to protect their work, their time, and their income.

Scott brings a rare mix of technical depth and real-world perspective. He’s worked through hardware failures in remote locations, navigated financial uncertainty, and faced the reality of systems that just weren’t built for people living on the edge. Every part of the platform reflects that lived experience — from offline functionality and fraud protection to evidence logging and human-centered design.

What drives him isn’t perfection — it’s perseverance. He leads by example: learning what needs to be learned, fixing what needs to be fixed, and always asking whether the system truly serves the people using it. That’s shaped not just the product, but the culture behind it: low ego, high standards, and a clear sense of purpose.
